Return and Refund Policy

At Burniva, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our premium fashion products, we follow a No Return – Exchange Only policy under the following terms:

1. No Returns

    • Change of mind

    • Size issues

    • Style or color preferences

Please refer to our size chart and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

2.Cancellation Policy

At Burniva, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our official cancellation policy:

i . Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, only if the item has not been shipped yet.

    • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sburniva@gmail.com with your order number.

    • If your cancellation request is approved and the order was prepaid, a 2% deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

ii. Orders Already Shipped

    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    • In such cases, you may wait for delivery and request an exchange only if there’s a manufacturing defect (as per our Exchange Policy).

iii. Prepaid Order Refund (If Canceled in Time)

    • If the cancellation is made within the allowed time and before shipping, refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Iv. Right to Cancel

    • Burniva reserves the right to cancel any order if:
        • The item is out of stock

        • There are issues with payment authorization

        • The shipping address is not serviceable

In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued (if applicable).

3. Exchange Policy (For Defective Items Only)

    • The product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing fault.

    • You notify us within 3 Days of delivery.

    • The item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact.

4. Exchange Process

    1. Email us at sburniva@gmail.com with:
        • Your order number

        • Photos of the defect

    1. Our team will verify and approve eligible requests.

    1. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship the item back.

    1. After inspection, we’ll send a replacement product of the same style and size.

5. Important Notes

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

    • Burniva reserves the right to deny exchanges if the defect claim is not valid.
